Variable list for Drop-Down

I am using 6.0 and am building a template to upload to a PrintOne Store.

There are 21 single-line text boxes with bullets. There are 50 options for the user to choose from for these 21 boxes.

The user will have the choice of which value (of the 50) to place in which box (of the 21).

Can I create a list for the drop down that includes only remaining values that have not already been chosen for the other boxes.

In other words: the user chooses Value1 for Box1 - then goes to another box and this choices are Values2 - Value50.

If he chose Value23 for Box1 then the next box would only give him 49 values to choose from (all except Value23).

This type of functionality will be released very soon into MarcomCentral. We will be releasing a UI rule that will allow for items previously selected in a form to not be visible in child dropdowns.
