Quark 8 Xtensions - Mac - Error

Using OS X 10.5.8 - Quark 8.02

Quark Xtension not working - in Xtensions manager I see an error state on FusionProQ8 Extension - Status reads: "Error. XTensions module failed _XT_Setup. [18.1]

Uninstalled and re-installed twice.

Posting a screen shot of the error.

Hi. I am assuming you are referring to the new Mac v6.2P1a installer. There was a problem with the initial copy of this installer to the network that was causing Quark 8 to not plugin properly. Please try downloading the installer again and if you select the Properties on it, it should have a creation date of March 2, 2010. Uninstall the current version and reinstall. This should fix the problem.

This issue maybe permissions related. Try a chmod –R 777 on the entire Xtensions Plug-in directory that is installed in Quark to see if this helps.
