Image and text rule

Hi there, can someone please help i do not have javascript knowledge at all
I have EFI MDSF template to do using FP 10. I have 2 variable fields.
1 is a image field and 1 is a text (address) field.

I would like a rule where if people select ed a address from the drop down field the image associated with the address will automatically populate.

Can someone please help.
