Keithw1975
I am trying to do my first job with FusionPro and have run into a snag. It is a simple mailing and I have created a PDF using InDesign CC. I have then taken that PDF into Acrobat, and using FusionPro, created a mailing block with data from my list. Then when I try to compose it, I get the error saying that my static PDF file is missing, yet I know that it isn't, because it is the file that I have open. With such a simple file, what could be going wrong?
Dan Korn
Windows or Mac? What version of FusionPro and Acrobat? I would try saving the PDF, then closing and reopening Acrobat.
ScottHillock
Try renaming your FusionPro PDF file to all lower case. There is a weird issue with FusionPro, where if the PDF is stored on a network server that is case sensitive, the filename must be all lower case. Keithw1975
Mac OSX 10.9 running Acrobat XI. FusionPro 9.2.31. I have tried several times, even tried moving the file to another folder.
