  1. I do work with FusionPro VDP Creator on either my home Mac or at a workplace Mac. But sometimes another user is using FusionPro on the workplace Mac while I am at home, and I need to jump in and either finish or fix a project, then return it to the workplace user. What is the best way to coordinate and manage this type of activation and deactivation? And are there any 'gotchas' to watch out for? Thanks very much
  2. I have created a template for a 2-page blank postcard that will be a variable data product in EFI's Digital StoreFront (DSF). The buyer will upload a 2-page PDF, with each page to be placed as a graphic in the product, and the buyer will view a preview before ordering. So I have created a revised FusionPro test product with: 1) a 2pg blank PDF 2) 1 Graphic frame on the front 3) the HTML field set to Graphic Upload 4) the simplest graphic rule to CreateResource from an uploaded file to that field 5) a resource file to be placed in the frame if the uploaded file cannot be found In a test order, uploading an image file yields "Upload Completed Successfully", but clicking Update Preview yields the error "An error occurred uploading the file. The uploaded file had a zero length." I have tried this about a dozen different ways, none of them have worked, and so I have just about come to the conclusion that this is broken in DSF. I submitted it to DSF Support, but was curious: Do any FusionPro/DSF users in this forum have this working? My collected zip file is here: Link Thanks.
  3. I just checked Support | Version History and stand corrected - thanks! My support contact was supposed to let me know when the update was released. We must not have our 3 licenses registered - we never get any software update alerts.
  4. Thanks for your reply, but FP does not yet support Acrobat DC or InDesign 2015 on Mac - only on Windows. Support has told me they are working on it, but do not have a release date they can promise.
  5. While we wait for the FusionPro (FP) Creator Mac version to be updated to support the latest Adobe software, we plan to move one FP license to an older Mac with Adobe CS6 so we can create templates. If a FP template is created from InDesign on the Mac, can the PDF be edited and processed in Acrobat DC with FP on Windows without issues?
  6. Thanks Dan - sorry, I should have specified Mac. About 3 weeks ago Support told me the Mac versions to support DC would be ready in 2 weeks. I was hoping maybe they had been released but just not posted yet on the PTI website. I will check with Support directly from now on.
  7. Any update on when Fusion Pro VDP Creator will work with Adobe Acrobat DC, and also with InDesign 2015?
