  1. Thank you Dan. I verified that customer will use numbers and uppercase letters so I will be able to obtain 16x48 DM's . I guess that I will have to play with pointsize to obtain the DM dimensions I specified above... Do you agree? Thank you Ciao Maurizio
  2. I have to build by FP Creator a DM for Poste Italiane that requires the following: Error Correction: ECC 200 (Reed-Solomon) Format: Rectangular, 16 x 48 cells X Dimension: 0,508 mm Dimensions (no quiet-zone):2 cells per side (H x L): 8,128 mm x 24,384 mm; Dimensions (with quiet-zone): 2 celle per lato (H x L): 10,160 mm x 26,416 mm; Pixel/Cell: 4 (200 dpi) This has to be built by using 72 alphanumeric chars. I still do not have the input file, so I created a 72 chars txt... I simply created a rule like this (see also zip attached): var FieldOrRuleToEncode = "barcode"; var EncodingMode = "C40"; var PreferredFormat = "29"; var PointSize = StringToNumber("10 pt"); var Font = "IDAutomationDMatrix"; var NoFontTag = false; var ProcessTilde = false; var DataToEncode = FieldOrRule(FieldOrRuleToEncode); return MakeDataMatrixBarcode(DataToEncode, ProcessTilde, EncodingMode, PreferredFormat, PointSize, NoFontTag, Font); And I got a readable SQUARE DM. I guess the PreferredFormat 29 is correct for the rectangular DM, but I got it square: no clue about ECC 200... Any Help? Thank you Maurizio DM.zip
  3. Hi. I have to print variable labels for dresses, and the output should show only the available sizes, with the exact size for that dress highlighted. Example: looking at my csv I should look at “Description” and “Sizes” columns, than say · For Description “Pantaloni” I have a “Size” range from XS to UN, that is I need having a field where, when “Pantaloni” appears I need to have XS S M L UN letters printed and each row its own Size printed in Bold (in my case XS for the 1st label, S for the 2nd, and so on..), · For “Abito” the range to be printed is S to L only (S, M, L) with same rule as above. I understand I have to use an OnRecordStart rule, and I prepared a project where all sizes are showed for all dresses and only the chosen one is highlighted, but it has to be dynamic, instead, based on range of sizes for that article. Any idea ? Thank you, Ciao Maurizio Test_FP.zip
  4. Hello, got FP 9.3.36 installed on an old MAC 10.6, working OK with Adobe PRO DC on everything. Needed moving to a different OS, which is Yosemite 10.10.5, Acrobat PRO DC 2015.023.20053 . Deactivated FP on the old, reactivated here, installation went OK. As soon as I draw a text box, even on a complete blank PDF doc, I get a "Show Selection" frame, which won't go away until I force Acrobat quit. I can deactivate FP on the new Yosemite, then reactivate on the old, and everything works back again on that ! I tried uninstalling completely FP on both sites, then reinstalling, but I can't fix on Yosemite. Any idea? Thanks Maurizio
