  1. An FP project I've created which uses a Canon ppd file in Page Usage to set tray calls, duplexing, color mode, etc. Is there somewhere I can do settings for the entire record, for example the printer staples each record (13 pages) but this setting is being done on the machine. I would like to set the staple mode in Fusion Pro. It seems to only staple the pages individually. Any help is appreciated! Thanks, Tyler
  2. Thanks Guys, defining the background color works. Tyler
  3. Hi all, Is there a way to change the background color on a generated QR code? Or even just make it transparent? Tyler
  4. Core support is irrelevant if the programs are compatible and once worked. I guess I'll find the solution elsewhere.
  5. Sorry Dan, I'm using version 2017 and it had worked before the re-install. Tyler
  6. Hello, I recently had to re-install FP v10 because of an issue with Adobe Cloud. Now FP will not let me use ctrl+c or ctrl+v in the text frame properties window. I use this all the time for consistent placement of text boxes. I am, however, able to use a right click copy and paste, but this is not my usual MO. Any idea why? Tyler
  7. Hello, Question regarding an abrupt interruption to a composure (i.e. Power Outage or Windows Update re-boot) - Is there a temporary composed file that can be retrieved when Fusion Pro composure is halted unexpectedly? If so, where? Thanks, Tyler
  8. Hello, I've noticed that on larger documents, i.e. 11"X17" in landscape, that after I place a FP text box or graphics box beyond 10" that I can only do fine adjustments to 1/10th of an inch (FP rounds to the nearest 10th). Within 10 inches I can adjust to 100th of an inch. Acrobat's "Snap to Grid" is turned off. And I see no other pertinent settings. I'm using an older version of FP Creator (7.2). Is this something that has been addressed in a later version, or am I missing something? Thanks for your help. Tyler
  9. Thanks Dan, I am setting the variable "outputPathName" in OnRecordStart. I'll try setting the condition there as well. Tyler
  10. Well I spoke too soon. While I do have the correct file path for matched or unmatched working with the variable "outputPathName", the following code I thought would handle whether or not to compose if the file output file has already been composed. But it doesn't work. Any suggestions? - In onNewOutputFile I have: if (outputPathName.exists) { FusionPro.Composition.composeThisRecord = false; } else if (!FusionPro.Composition.isPreview) { FusionPro.Composition.outputFileFullPathName = outputPathName; } } Tyler
  11. Hey I got all of it except the deletion part! Firstly I set up a variable for the outputFileFullPathName in onRecordStart that sets the file & path to compose for matched or unmatched. Then I did an "if exists" on the same variable to see if the file has already been written and set a true or false to compose. I guess the deletion of the unmatched records will have to be done manually... no biggie. Thanks for your replies and yes in the long run we might look at Server, but in the near future we are looking forward to upgrading to Creator 10. Thanks again, Tyler
