  1. We have a client that wants to have the "Required Date" show up on the Order Notification email body (please see attached png file). Marcom states that the body of email content cannot be edited. But has anyone else found a workaround to that?
  2. Richard, I'm having similar issues. I have created a FP PDF, and uploaded it to the Marcom template, making sure I collected it with the Text Resources box checked. Now I'm in the template, but I am not easily seeing now to get those resources linked to the template. I have 6 text resources, and I want to make it optional to the user to print one of those or leave it blank. So, my first question is what is the Field Type I need to select, and then do I need to add each text resource to a library? I have the rules set up in the FP PDF, so I think it's all good on that end. Thanks!
  3. So, build a Versioned or Variable product but without fields for versioning or adding variable content? Then how do I add the JobDirect pricing functionality?
  4. We've got a potential client who wants to be able to order a pick item (flat sheets), and then have multiple options for final folding sizes, and wrapping/banding. I COULD do this in JobDirect, but it seems I MUST have at least one file upload in the template. How can I use the JobDirect template without having to require a file upload?
  5. Thanks, Dan. A suggestion was made to send the offensive font to one of our team members to convert it from a stylized font to two individual fonts, via a Mac. Is that possible though?
  6. I am using a font called TFForeverTwo, an OpenType font, which has both medium and light attributes. In FP, I have one line of copy that is in medium (the name) and the line below is in light (title), but I cannot select the medium or light options in the font pull down. The font is correct in InDesign, so is there something in the export process?
  7. What are locales, and how do they function? This is not covered in the latest MCC Admin Guide. For example, if I pick German, does it translate the site to German? Or does it just inherit attributes of German web hosting/browsing, and add a "de" as part of the URL?
