  1. Thank you. Unfortunately that didn't seem to make any noticeable difference. I tried disabling it, setting it to basic and advanced. All seem to output at the same speed.
  2. I upgraded from FusionPro 10 to the current version and it seems to be slower. It takes around a second for each record. Any tips for speeding things up? It seems to be this speed on multiple jobs. The machine is a an AMD 5800X with 64Gb of RAM and an SSD running the latest version of Windows 10.
  3. This is the FIX For Microsoft Windows: For Acrobat DC Navigate the hard drive to: C:\ Program Files \ PTI \ FusionPro \ Plug-Ins \ Design \ Copy the “FusionProAcro8.api” and "FusionProAcro64.api" Navigate to C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Acrobat (version number) \ Acrobat \ Plug_ins \ Create a folder in this directory and name it “PTI”. Paste the file into this folder. Restart the computer. Login to your Adobe Creative Cloud account first. Then reopen Acrobat.
  4. I did a clean install of Acrobat DC and then installed FusionPro 12.1. It said it installed ok, but it isn't showing up in Acrobat.
  5. I recently switched over from a 2014 i5 iMac with a 7200RPM HD to a Windows machine with a 9820X and M.2 SSD. Surprisingly my compose speed is noticeably slower. Anything I can do to speed this up?
  6. Thank you very much! I will give that a shot, but it sounds like just what I needed. Keith
  7. I fear I may have overcomplicated things. I want a specific text frame to be invisible, unless a certain field is "9".
  8. I am a novice user of FusionPRO, and pretty much use it to do basic variable data, nothing fancy. Now though I have a rush project that is requiring something more complex, and I can't figure out how to do it. Imagine a dozen different pieces of art, all with 4 boxes, where I am supposed to enter the variable data information. Now one of them only has 3 boxes, one of which is in a new location on the sheet. I am thinking that I need some way to tell it to only put data into the box "if" it calls for a the artwork with 3 boxes, and otherwise leave it blank, but I don't know. Any advice? P.S. If it wasn't clear, these are coupons, with 4 fields of information in each one.
  9. Has anyone confirmed that the current version of Fusionpro works with Yosemite?
  10. What is the process for upgrading to a new computer? Do I have to unregister Fusionpro?
  11. Mac OSX 10.9 running Acrobat XI. FusionPro 9.2.31. I have tried several times, even tried moving the file to another folder.
  12. I am trying to do my first job with FusionPro and have run into a snag. It is a simple mailing and I have created a PDF using InDesign CC. I have then taken that PDF into Acrobat, and using FusionPro, created a mailing block with data from my list. Then when I try to compose it, I get the error saying that my static PDF file is missing, yet I know that it isn't, because it is the file that I have open. With such a simple file, what could be going wrong?
