  1. I may have found a solution. I found this on Extensis site: https://help.extensis.com/hc/en-us/articles/115007201207 Followed those instructions, and have not had an issue since. However, I just did that last week and have only processed a few jobs. Essentially, you're moving the UTC datastore from the shared library to the user's library. This may be resolving some permissions problems for the (troublesome) fonts.
  2. Since we upgraded to El Capitan, some fonts do not load in FusionPro VDP, when loaded in our Extensis Universal Type client. We have to copy to the Library/Fonts folder. Some fonts loaded with the client do, however, load just fine. FYI, after loading the needed fonts with our client, we always load all fonts in FP, quit it & Acrobat, then open the FP template. I had hoped upgrading to FP 10 would resolve this, but no. Using FP 10.0.11 on Acrobat XI Pro, on Mac OS X 10.11.6
  3. BTW, This is in Acrobat Pro XI on a Mac (10.11).
  4. Just installed FP 10 trial, and our custom code, XML and resources are on a mounted volume. Loading the .js in JavaScript Globals, or via the startup.js no longer works. Works fine in FP 9. Using "Load("/Volumes/FP Resource/EG Scripts.js");"
