  1. Before I take the time to deinstall and reinstall FP to see if it works, I figured I would ask. Does FP work with the latest version of InDesign CC 2014? In my case I am running Mac OSX 10.8.5 (Mountain Lion) with FP 9.2.31, and Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.07 (which still seems to be the latest version). Thanks, Dave
  2. Thanks, Dan. I didn't have any crashes previously using FP 9.2.25 on my Mac here at home, which is the only other version I've installed. Also not using any 3rd party font software here - just installed the fonts I needed with Font Book. I sent in the crash report and I'll pull together the fonts.ini and fonts.err files. Thanks, Dave
  3. FP 9.2.26 crashes every time I try to load the fonts, either all or just new. I'll try to send the crash log to support. I wouldn't mind trying out the QA version as I'm trying to work on this on my home Mac while I'm laid up with a busted ankle. Thanks, Dave
  4. I am working on a job that uses multiple styles of Helvetica Neue LT Pro, all of which are OpenType fonts - 25 Ultra Light, 45 Light, 65 Medium, and 75 Bold. Loaded on my Mac via Font Book, all are active. In the font list of the Variable Text Editor window in Acrobat, I can see "Helvetica Neue LT Pro" but I can't select it, let alone see any of the styles. The 75 Bold and 65 Medium fonts are used in text boxes in InDesign CC that contain static text as well as boxes that I have tagged as variable text using the FusionPro plug-in. Neither of them show in the FusionPro Font Usage window in Acrobat and the type using them defaults to regular Helvetica when first exported from InDesign and opened in Acrobat. Dave
  5. I'm relatively new to FusionPro and am having the same font issue running 9.2.25 on a Mac with OS X Mavericks (10.9.3) and Adobe Acrobat 11.0.07. Just wondering if a fix for this is in the 9.9.26 version or if this is still an active issue. Thanks, Dave
