Output Multiple Files

Greetings all...

We are having an issue with Fusion Pro regarding "Output to multiple files". The job has a Imposition file associated with it. If we remove the imposition reference from Fusion Pro and build that way it breaks the job out into multiple files fine. If we have the imposition (which we need) on the Fusion Pro setup it only will output a single (too large) file.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

There is no issue with the software. This is how it works. What really happens is that stacking is used whenever there is a conflict with chunking.

If the stack batch output fits evenly into or is the same size as the chunk, then the chunk size is honored. When there is a conflict between the stack size and the chunk size, multiple output files are produced using the stack batch (SxVxH) output size. This is also the case when the stack output size is greater than the chunk size. When Infinite Stack is used, a conflict is reported and one output file is generated.
