I have been trying to send a ppml file to an igen and keep getting this error.

I contacted support about this in May, June, and July. I was trying to see if anyone in the forum has heard of this.

Fair enough. Although you may have better results if you're more specific about the exact error message you're seeing, and about your versions of FusionPro, your press, your RIP, your output format, etc.
